240 volts power back-up
Eco solar vents now come with a option to supply 240 volts power to work day and night
After installing the Eco solar vent, To Operate The 240 Volts you need to install a socket and switch. We Recommend you organize the Electrician to install this for you after the solar vent is in place on the roof as it has a 2 meter lead. The solar vent come with a 2 metre lead that hangs down from inside the roof so you plug this into a socket.
To Operate you need to install a switch. Its Best to have the electrician to run a switch wire down into the house and install a switch.
The second option is you can install a socket and Connect to a Wi-Fi smart plug which you can by in bunnings or electrical stores. You can then connect this to your phone through an app and turn the solar vent On and Off by your phone. With this option you still need to install into a socket or extension lead.
